CERTIFICATION TRAINING FOR PRACTITIONERS AND PROFESSIONALS
AlterNation sponsors a bi-annual certification course for professionals, crime prevention practitioners, police, security, and community leaders. It teaches all 3 generations of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), and it uses the innovative neighborhood planning system called SafeGrowth®.
Training is certified as a CAP Level A course with the International CPTED Association, the only regular, certified course run on the west coast. It is run through the Hilton Garden Inn in Arvada, Colorado, in the west suburb of Denver. Announcements are made on open registration in this course on this website and others.
